- 1/2 cup oat flour – I just grind up some rolled oats in a blender to get a flour like texture
- 1 egg
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup Almond milk (or any milk)
- Mix everything together and cook for 3 minutes per side
- I used coconut oil instead of a non-stick spray
- This recipe makes one big pancake or 3 small ones. The size is up to you!
